Enrico Baldan is a founding partner of B&S Italy, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg and International financial sector. He has served as a Board Member and Conducting Officer for regulated investment funds and AIFMs, focusing on regulatory governance, risk management, and compliance at PGIM, the investment arm of Prudential Financial Inc. Enrico has also collaborated with leading investment firms such as State Street and Aviva Investors, building expertise in corporate administration, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering (MLRO) responsibilities. Since 2023, he has been based in Milan, managing directorship roles for Italian funds and SPVs within the PGIM group.
